It has been decided by the Worship Comittee that there will not be an in-church worship service until after Easter. Based on the Governor’s decision to keep schools closed until after the middle of April. No date is set yet. We will re-evaluate when to start service again.
With that in mind we will be instructing Holly to return your flower money designated for Easter flowers. We also believe that florists are considered non-essential at this time.
We have been working through the newness of using ZOOM. We will continue to have Tuesday and Wednesday prayer times through the week. Starting next Sunday we will be moving to a different time of worship that hopefully will give us a better worship experience together. More information will follow. Be sure to watch our Web page and Facebook page for updates under postings.
I will be working this week trying to set up ZOOM meeting for any committee that would like to hold them. Do to the Social Distancing rules do not have any face to face meetings for all of our sakes.
With regards to the ringing of the church bell at noon each day, please ring the bell closest to the church only. The other bell has damaged bearings. Gloves may be helpful and there is a small bag of ear plugs by the base of the bell for those who need them. Please discard any used ear plugs.
